My Xperia ray has since 1 month loading problems. I have bought the mobile phone only 1 year ago and I have also been in the electric specialist shop and I send it to Sony. Because we thought the connection on the mobile phone was damaged. So this was exchanged, now I have my mobile phone back and he has first normaly loaded. However, now I have, actually, again the same problem it does not load. Only with the difference that is showa "Becomes loaded 7%", but it still does not load.
What can I do??
