XPERIA E slows down

Phone become extremely slow when screen ONed after some time of inactivity.. RAM usage shows 100+ mb free. This problem exists for some duration only, say a 30 sec..
The most disgusting thing is it fails to load phone contact, for the above said time ie it shows no. only while receiving call from a no.which is already there in the contact list. I have to wait for some 15-20 sec to confirm. whether it's a no within the contact..
