Xperia ray battery drained to 0%

Hi I am using Xperia Ray and today I forgot to charge so it got shut down when it drained to 0%. I plug it into the usb charge but nothing happen, it won't boot....even the charging icon not showing on the screen. The LED notification is also red. Please tell me what I should do!!!

How long does it take to fully charge?

I am a bit worry about the not having the charge icon show up on the screen when I charged the phone....is there something wrong? Will the phone won't boot without a certain amount of battery?

if the battery it's bellow 5% I don't think it'll boot, but when you connect the phone to the comptuer, or wall charger does the LED lit up at all?

Nothing....but then I just plugged it in the wall charger like 10 minutes ago

try this

take the battery out -> press and hold the power buttong for few seconds, put the battery back on -> do NOT turn on the phone, just connect it to the wall charger or a computer, when you connect your phone, does the LED light turn on? (w/ the phone still off)

you might have to send it in, if trying different USB cables and/or chargers doesn't work you could try another battery, but if it doesn't work then
