Xperia ray auto shutdown

Dear,

I have noticed some strange behavior of the phone.

When I'm listening to the radio it sometimes shuts down by itself with no warning message with a fully loaded battery.

It happened again yesterday, just black screen and than I have to start it again.

It does not happen multiple times after another but just random and after restarting it it works normal.

Can this be solved ? I have the latest firmware running.

There might be a third party app that is causing the problem. I suggest that you boot the phone into safe mode to see if you experience the same behaviour:

Otherwise, I suggest that you perform a software repair on your phone via PC Companion:

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.
