Xperia Link for Vaio

Is Xperia Link available for a Vaio running Windows 7 to link to an Xperia S?

If so, how do I find it?

I have it installed on my Xperia but cannot find an installer for Vaio or an option for it in Sony PC Companion.

As far as I know, supported computers are VAIO PCs with Windows 8 or higher.
