Xperia Pro restarts randomly

My mk16i running ICS retstarts randomly.

This tends to happen while talking or even in standby mode.

what can i do to resolve this issue?

Try to solve the problem with SEUS  (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/) or make a factory reset and then upgrade again (I'm sure you don't have make it BEFORE upgrading, uh? )

after upgrading to ICS i repaired the phone via se pc suite.

i haven't tried SEUS yet.

will the phone get completely formatted after repairing via SEUS?

Yes, SEUS  result in the loss of data such as contacts, messages stored, installed  applications and so on. Everything that exists in the memory of the phone will  be erased. whats the difference betweem SEUS and the SONY PC Companion update service and Update Center that available on the phone?

SUS = sony update service it's a lot more reliable and faster to update than PCC = PC companion
