Call/sms receipt

I Hve following issue for the Xperia p.

When i plug out my headset, i am not able to receive/do the call & sms. I always restart the phone to do/receive the call & sms.

I have latest updatesd software of version 6.1.B.0.544.

pls help to resolve the issue.

repair it with sus and check if the problem is present before you add apps
