Xperia pro ICS updates

Afternoon

I had xperia pro and sony uploaded the updates for my phone but then my phone fell and broke, then i went and buy another xperia pro with SI number of 1250-2220(In South Africa) but there is no updates for it and its running on Gingerbread. So please upload ICS updates for 1250-2220 also since am a loyal sony customer, i was used to ICS and i develop apps for ICS so i need an ICS device for deployment. Please upload it, i cant use gingerbread for long.............

I just bought the phone, I cant root it as it will loose the warantee. I need the safe updates, it is not fair for some of us to root the device while others are given the safe updates. I bought the phone becouse it was under specs that its upgradable to ICS. why do sony always treat south african users like this??? its not fair at all, Sony have to treat us like other customers. when would i get the safe updates online?
