How to solve this problem..

I have a Sony sola or Go can't turn off, can't touch the screen and hang it directly until now. I already don't know what else .. sony PC compinion can't detect also.. now i just waiting until battery finish.. 1 month use already have big problem.. tension..

http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/ Have you tried running the update service application on it? The phone has to be partially charged and switched OFF for this process.

Check out the steps for forcing shut down... For example press the sleep ley and the volume up key for 5 seconds or so on the Sola. It'll vibrate twice and then turn off. See if this works.
