xperia play update error

I have an xperia play and try to update it with PC COMPATION.

I say "already have the latest version of software" ..

I have android 2.3.3 ..

I can do?

if it's locked to a network your provider probably doesn't want to update it any further

do you have the R800X or R800i or R800a or R800at?

if it's the i or a or at variant you can manually update to 2.3.4

is a r800i, try atualizarlo by SEUS and nothing ...

after download the file

if your phone it's locked to a network it's up to them to release or not the update, check the above link and watch the videos it's quite simple to update to 2.3.4
