Hi there I have just recieved my Xperia Play from the repair centre and they exchanged it but the the power key is not working. It's stuck and I can't press it it's gone a bit inside
Is there a way I can pull it out a bit?
Thanks !
if the problem was not before , you should head back to the service centre and ask them to do it...
you dont want any damage right , so its better to let the professionals do it
btw i dont know how to fix that button...
if you want to switch off you can use this app.. this does not require the power button..
I recieved it today from the repair centre after they exchanged the Unit.
And 2 more problems i've found are the Shoulder buttons are stiff and I can't even press them down!
And the screen has got white marks in it !
What have they done to my Xperia Play?
not a good handling for sure...
thats the reason i fear giving the hpone to any service centre.. its not just sony , every company has this same inexperienced morons working who cant even handle the phone....
those assholes just mind the thing they are being told to rectify , the dont give a shit to any other things...
just go there and ask them to fix all other problems... its the only way
and before coming back from the cenre you should have checked those things.. its ok if you forgot but from now on you should...
and go tomorrow only or they will say "we dint do anything"
same experience in every centre...
Exactly mate. We pay good amount of money for our smartphones only to be damaged by those nimwits.
Makes me sooo angry
I'm seriously gonna sort this out with them.
hmm keep us updated...
Certainly will. Sony Ericsson said that they will escalate the case and they will contact me within 3-5 working days.
i just read a news
a guy in my country slapped a case agains SE for not repairing his phone for about 2-3 months , no parts the said.. so he got compensation double the cost of the phone
just telling we shoul not face any type of harrassment , nor i am saying we should just go file a case..
but still if one frustrates you so much , consumer court is the solution..
Nice. Which country was this ? I live in the UK.
i live in india... and we have good consumer court support.. i feel so
