Why do you think reprogramming mobile is good or bad?
well the service centr guys reprogram the phone if theres any issue with the phone..
what actually you are asking for..?
I'm curious if mobile is just the same with computer. that everytime you reprogram computer, their is something that is lost. i ask them if reprogram mobile is bad, they cannot answer me.

I would say no. Since phone hardware is static, unlike a computer where you upgrade parts (and thus software) you don't run into these problems.
