Xperia P network Issue

I bought Xperia P unlocked from USA, while I came back to india I got a Vodafone sim.

But the network is keep on fluctuating. I am unable to process a call.

Even the Network Mode in Settings is greyed and Showing to WCDA(Preffered)/GSM.

I am unable to change this.

Any solution?

Flashing didn't helped in this issue as some other users are facing the same issue and tried flashing as well.... it didnt helped..
