Xperia P JB Update problem

Hi, I recently updated my xperia P, everything works fine except for the e-mail app it send me a message that cannot run the mail app so I cannot recieve or send messages via email.

Anyone else suffer this problem? Anyone here has resolved it?

Which Email app? is your data working?

The problem is with the default mail app

That's quite odd

settings > apps > all > email > clear everything and try again

also do you have any taskillers, task managers, antivirus, ram or booster apps, or battery apps?

I tryed deleting everything but the problem persist, I can't even start the app, it says "mail has been stoped" dont even show the appliction just the error message. 

I dont have an anti virus, I don't really install apps just a couple of games and this happens just after I installed JB update
