hello dear sonny...i have a problem during a call on my expeira z ,,the screen iz black all time and i cant use the screen to end a call and i cant use any touch funtion during the call?what is abad softwar updates we have here? 10.3.1.a.0.244

Hi, not sure if you are referring to Xperia P (subject) or Xperia Z, anyway .... not important

For a start, check that you do not have any protective cover that is blocking the proximity sensor.
