I've bought Xperia Neo V MT11i a year ago with Gingerbread running on it, later i updated it to ICS 4.0.4 build 4.1.B.0.587 through PCC when the update was made available for my device Sl 1256-4015. 3/4 months later my device suddeenly crashed when i turned on bluetooth and never turned on bt remain stuck at the xperia logo. So i took help from a shop and flashed it. With this, i came with 4.1.B.0.431 and a 'MOVISTAR' logo is appearing while turning on/off. To get the 4.1.B.0.587 again and to get rid of the 'MOVISTAR' logo, i connected my device to PCC but it shows that my device already have the latest update. Again, i reinstalled the update through PCC\ Support Zone\ Phone/Tablet Software Update but it is still the same as before, no change at all. So, what should i do to get the orginal Sony 4.1.B.0.587? btw, my device is not rooted.
It seems like you have got an operator/carrier software customization flashed into your phone. You may have to send the phone to service to get the original software back to your device.
Please contact your local support for more information about which software that is the correct and latest version for your device and for information about where you can get this fixed.
