xperia neo v missing calls

Hello

I have had an xperia neo v for 6 motnhs.

I have not updated it to ICS and iam having problems receiving calls sometimes.

They call me and they get a message that my phone is off and then i get an sms for the missed call ,but the phone is on and with a full signal.

anyone had this before??

Also not so often the phone freezes and you can't operate it at all ,you can't even switch it off ,the only solution is removing the battery.

If anyone has a solution  will appreciate it .

check with your network if there are network coverage issues

also if your SIM card it's older than 1 year you should replace it

The are no network coverage issues but the sim card is much older than a year!!!

I will look in to it!

You are right bro I have also facing this issues like, Phone freezing, Hanged when trying to receive a call. Sony sholud look after this Major Problem.
