RAM issues after ICS update Xperia S

Hi, everyone!

2 days ago I updated to ICS via Flashtool (with full wipe). Since then I noticed one issue with the Phone (contacts) application. It takes about 2-3 seconds to load each time and the process is killed when some "heavy" apps are loaded (e.g. browser). After that it takes another 2-3 seconds to load. Other apps load much faster. Is there anything that can stop the app from being "killed" and keep it in the memory?

As I understand ICS is more performance demanding. But what you can do in ICS is to disable app's which you don't use. Or use some kind of task killer (which I don't recommend)
