Those applications that you are able to move to the SD-card can be found via Settings > Apps > Manange apps (Ignore this step if you end up at the tab "Downloaded") > The tab "SD-card". Those apps that are not marked to the right, you can press on and choose "Move to SD-card".
If you still experience bad memory, I suggest that you go to the tab "All" > Press the menu button (the one in the bottom right) > Sort by size > The apps that takes a lot of memory you can press on and choose "Clear data". You should not clear data for apps that include "storage"/games or similar.
