xperia miro restart

Hi ,

I bought a Sony xperia miro mobile in July 2013 ,and it has a problem of restarting randomly. It makes me very sad after spending a lot of money and having a brand like Sony in my pocket but still it feels like I am carrying a piece of garbage. I am very surprised as my mobile has been claimed under warranty and it was replaced but still the issue is same , I have done reset to factory settings and what not, software is also upto date but still the problem persists. i am 100 % confident that it is a manufacturing fault or unless sony is selling out refurbished sets i dont know . I have  used a lot of mobiles but never found a problem like this one. Even a china mobile works better than this one . people told me not to buy sony and this proves they were right. kindly help me solve this issue or else i am sure you guyz will lose 1 customer for sure or may be 100 s ........

Have you tried to boot your phone into safe mode and check if this may be caused by any of your downloaded app's?

the problem is it restarts randomly after 3 dayz after a week and so on there is no telling , r u suggesting to use it in safe mode for more than a week ??

and lets say if this solves the problem then how can i say which specific software is making problems ??

i have run it in safe mode and today it restarted again now tell me whats the next step and plz dont ignore this i m very concerned about this issue and i have seen you guyz are ignoring u comment only first time and after that u dont rply, i want my issue solved ASAP............

hi guyz,

 I have xperia miro and i used to have the problem of it being restarted randomly. i discussed it with my colleague and he put a piece of paper underneath the battery so that the battery gets in contact with the terminals of the fone tightly because there was a tiny little gap between the battery and the terminals. now the battery is in full contact and my fone hasn't restarted yet from 8 days . i hope this solves the problem if sumone is facing and i think it is a manufacturing fault sony shud check and remove it.... thanks

sorry to share with u that i was happy my prob was solved but i was wrong it restarted again today after almost 12 dayz very sad sony has made a rubbish fone....

I face the same problem since the first day I bout the phone , I have the phone only for 3 week, I did update through PC companion and same issue , I went back to factory settings and still same issue even with no applications at all , it happened even when I was typing SMS !!!

I wanted to give it back to the shop but they refused and told me there is a warranty service (despite the phone is almost 19 days with me) , I sent it to the service but I'm expecting to receive it with the same problem (because I think they will say as usual it is a software issue but it is not really a software issue as I'm not the only one who is facing it)  and if yes , I really got disaapointed in Sony
