phonebook call log takes too time to load.

Whenever I open phonebook it takes 3 or 4 seconds to load the call log. Some times it irritates me.plz tell me how to resolve this problem?

And one more with camera that Takes too time to capture. Plz tell me how can I speedup my xperia m?

Try settings-apps-all-phone app,clear data and restart the phone.
