Xperia Mini ST15i Earphone Issue

hey Sony Ericsson,

im wondering that my xperia mini earphone not acting like stereo headset. Instead im experiencing only the right one having much volume than the left while playing music or watching videos via earphone.

Is that a problem or ???

Strange. I am just using earphones and the volume of both sides is equally....

but im feeling different.....my left ear piece having less volume

im using the same se headset i got with the box nd its the third day 😕

should i visit the dealer?

Have you tried different earphones? Just a tip....

yap i used nokia 3.5m earphone and im not feeling this different sound issue..both left and right working fine

Then in most likely that there is some issue with earphones. Is it possible that one that came with the box are mono ? Hm I doubt. Maybe the earphones are defective. I can say that there is a huge difference in sound quality if compared to some other earphones. I use some stereo philips earphones and works much much better that the one came in the box.

I suggest that you contact your local support team to have your headphones checked and if faulty, replaced.
