Hi,

I would like to know whether class 10 micro SDHC cards can be used in Xperia mini (ST15i).

I prefer to go for 32gb card with max speed supported.Please suggest.

That should be fine, as there are no class restrictions mentioned in this phone's specs in the White paper (see page 5):

i bought sandisk ultra 32gb class 10, but my phone does not work well with it. i think there is an incompatibility issue.
