Xperia M2 soung bug

Hi, I got Xperia M2 recently 2 weeks before. From last week I have observed that all the notification sounds and songs played via speaker are being played from internal speaker. I am missing all my calls. I tried everything, I have even repaired using PC Companion even then the problem persisits. The sound is switching between the internal and external speakers whenever the phone wants to. Please advice. Till last week, I was very happy with the phone but now I feel that my decision of buying sony is a very bad decision.

What if you clear the Walkman data?

Go to settings click on apps click on walkman click on clear data

Nope...it doesn't work. If I press the volume up button, it is increasing the internal speaker volume not the external one.

Why is Sony's phone not doing the basic phone's duty?

That seems to be a hardware issue, contact your local Xperia Care

From yesterday, I have disabled the stamina mode and the sound is coming from external speaker if I am playing music or if my phone rings...I think there is some glitch with the stamina mode...

It worked on stamina mode for 8 hrs after that same problem again...i think i will go to customer care...pissed off totally...

If I was you, I would repair the phone with PCC

My m2 having the exact same problem and only had phone 2 months not happy at all anyone got a fix yet.
