xperia m2 problem

hi xperia m2 is designed well good looking and good battery backup but yhe camera focusing problem when we call others the other cant listen and not a led smart phone cant transfer data frm phone memory. plz so do someting tell me some solutions.

Could you please elaborate the problems you experience a bit more? Not really sure what you mean. You mention focusing problems, audio problems during call(?) and something about data transfer? How does these problems present themselves?

I was using my phone this morning and it's working perfectly fine (the battery is full as well ) then it just suddenly switched off and now I can't turn it back on. I've tried to connect it to my pc but it's not working. I removed the micro sim and turn it on again but still nothing happened. I also pressed the power & volume buttons for 10 seconds and wait but it still didn't work. I really like xperia m2 and this is the first time this has happened. please help..

My xperia m2 has switched itself off and I can't switch it back on, (full battery)  Any ideas can do!!!!
