Xperia M2 dual sim2 problem

Hi guys,

Sim2 is not working in my handset. When I tap on notification to enavble it, no response received from device. Its automatically disbled. I have tried other micro sim cards. So if you have any idea please help.

Is it a micro SIM or trimmed mini SIM?
