Xperia m2 display flaw

Hi.

Some time ago something like a bubble appeared under the surface of the display on my xperia m2, it's hard to describe. Looks like water or condensation or air trapped in between the layers of the screen, the phone was never dropped or damaged in any way. It looks to me like a factory flaw. My question is, does warranty cover it, and if it does, how do I make a claim?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Have you applied any screen protector? If not, you would do best by visiting nearest service center to have the phone examined by a technician. It's hard for us at the support forum to say if this is a warranty case. In general, our warranty covers manufacturing errors but the phone often needs to be exmained by a technician which can conclude if it's a warranty case or not. You can contact your local support team for further information about the warranty and how to proceed with this in the best possible way:
