Xperia M2 (D2303) Stuck On Boot Screen

Hello!

My phone, Xperia M2 is stuck on the Xperia Boot Screen (with the colourful waves).

This happened for no reason. When i took my phone out of my pocket my screen was black and power key didn't worked so I took needle and pressed OFF button (next to memory card input). After that i tried to turn on my phone and it show me SONY logo longer than ussual and then XPERIA logo. After that it stuck on boot screen. I left it for 3 hours but it was still stuck. So I connected my phone to PC and tried to repair it using Sony PC Companion 2.1 (Support zone -> Phone/Tablet Software update -> Repair my phone/tablet) using program instructions. After that I turned my phone on but it was still stuck on boot screen. I tried it 4 times using PC Company 2.1, I even used another PC but my problem is not solved. Can anyone help me? Thank you

(Btw. it is 4.4.4 android and everything is up to date)

Did the process start and complete and if so are you still having the same issue?

Hi,

Could you try to start the phone without SIM- and/or SD-card to see if same thing happens?

Remove SIM card, SD card and force shut down. Keep for charging for 2hrs and then try to repair with PCC

If above not worked then you have to contact local SC ASAP. I suspect for motherboard issue
