E4g problem with keyboard

Hello, I and 4-5 other users have E4g e2003 and all of as have same problem... We have problem with keyboard that is do not react on the pressure. I did not notice that touch screen do not want to work in normal operation, only when write something on keyboard. Some time I can press one key for 10 times and nothing will happen and on 11 time it work, so from time to time keyboard is unresponsive, and it is quite inconvenient and annoying.

I know people who have this phone and all is ok, but know our couple who have same problem, so we want to get rid of this disturbing problem. I try repair my phone with PC Companio, and also I try hard reset of device, nothing helped ! Please tell as how to solve this, or because there is this problem ?

If the phone doesn't have a protective film and PCC didn't solved the issue then it could be a hardware issue, contact your local Xperia care

Hmm, many people reports this problem, so it means that entire series have some hardware issue, I hope that is not so...

Does anyone know what will this solve ( maybe problem with keyboard is in this ) and when can we expect it to be available for download ?
