xperia m2 aqua update problem

yesterday i receved a notification that there's a new firmwere update avilable with build number  18.3.1.c.1.17

i installed sony pc companion and downloaded the update files suddenly a error message showed up cannot install update

i had to restart my phone and then the update with gone on my update center i cheacked again and again but there were nothing i cheacked the currently build number its still 18.3.1.c.1.15

anyone can help

Try updating the phone via another computer, as it might be some firewall/anti virus that blocks PC Companion from updating the phone.

the pc companion says that my phone is updated but its not there's no problem with the firewall

Did you try to update via another computer as well?

yes i did i also tried factory reset but it didnt work

Well, in that case you can send the phone in to a service center. Contact your local Xperia Support for more information: Local support.
