Xperia M touchscreen not responding

I have brought sony xperia m about two days ago and the touchscreen is not responding at times..it just freezes,i went to the shop that i got it from,it didnt work until then.then it randomly starts working again and i occured the same problem today,its really frustrating and im dissapointed.please help me!!!!

Download and install SUS, follow the instructions that appear.
