Walkman controls on lockscreen

When I start the player and then lock the screen I have the controls on the lockscreen. But if I keep playing, shift to another app and then lock the phone the controls disappear from the lockscreen. Most irritating. I thought I would be able to solve the problem by buying a new headset SBH-20 and always be able to pause the walkman with one click, but not so.. 😞

How can this be solved.

Try scrolling left or right over the clock display on the lock screen. You may be able to access the Walkman shortcuts.
