Xperia M touch problem while charging

Hi

Since a couple of days, Im facing a problem with the touch of my Xperia M while charging. I tried to charge it from PC through USB and also a samsung charger with same port. Hence neither can I unlock my screen during charging, nor can I pick up calls. Pls help!

I bought my phone in August 2013. (India)
