Xperia m getting hang

I bought Xperia m  mobile last week only. Now it getting hang. While hanging touch not working. After removing battery only i can use mobile :(.

The phone freezes or applications suddenly shut down

Downloaded applications can cause the phone to behave unexpectedly or affect the phone performance. Use safe mode to check if any downloaded application causes the problem. In safe mode, the phone only starts with preinstalled software and applications. If the phone performance improves in safe mode, it’s likely that one or more of the downloaded applications are affecting the phone negatively. You can then uninstall the most recently downloaded application and restart the phone.

To enable safe mode

1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold down the power key  until the phone vibrates.
3. Wait until the Xperia™ logotype disappears.
4. Press and hold the volume down key. The device then restarts in safe mode.

Note: To exit safe mode, restart the device.

even i am facing similar problems with my Xperia M.....My phone even turns off automatically by itself when it hangs

I have also bought this phone 2 weeks ago, and observed the same behavior, all of sudden xperia m gets freezed and we cant do any thing further. i have to remove the battery and insert again to work with phone. It really annoying with a sony product.

My phone got freezed for around 5 times in 2 weeks.

Any help/resolution is appreciated.

HIe friends,

if your xperia M is getting hang or becomes blue and getting restart automatically while unlocking the screen...........then i suggest you to dont use the screen lock wallpaper. this is the only issue i was having but now im rocking with ma xperia  m:smileyapplause:

i suggest you to dont use screen lock wallpaper if you are using.

I just bought me Xperia M dual 3 day ago... And it just shuts off automatically , and before offing, the notification say "SD card safe to remove"!!!

I am facing same problem in my Xperia M, it's automatically switch off.

it's heating up too.
