Xperia M dual is dead

My sister's Xperia M dual is dead. it turned off by its own and its not turning on. its not charging. when i try to turn on its getting hot on front right down side.what can i do??? Sony is giving me so much pain,with my Sp,now with my sisters M dual.

Try this:connect to wall socket,charge for 2 hours,repair with SUS:

I have posted this about a month ago. I took it to the shop from where i bought it. They said that a part got damage. they are searching for that in the market. If they find it they will fix it. Its not sony service center cz in Bangladesh we dont have that.

how did it turn off itself? did u try to chargr it for sometime and how much percentage battery was left by the time it went off, well since u dont have service near u take it to the shop u bought it from and let them have. a look? is the phone under warranty? keep us posted

At night it had charge about 70%. in the morning it was totally dead. dont know how. Yes it has a service wrrnty from that shop.

did u try keeping it charged for sometime like alexdon said too? if still now working then would suggest u to take it to the shop cos u still have the warranty.. keep us followed up

it didnt take charge. and whene i try to turn it on it gets too hot ........
