I have succesfully redeemed the voucher for the free movies and when I log into the SEN website (from my PC) I can see the free movies under 'Media' section and there is even a download link - which links to an .xpd file.
However, when I try to access these free movies on my Z1 Compact, they do not appear anywhere under the Movies app or under the Videos Unlimited app. I have checked Settings->Accounts on the phone and I can see I am sucessfully logged into SEN on my phone with the same UserID.
I have also activated the Z1c as a valid device on SEN and I can see it on the SEN website on the Devices section.
In the Movies app when I select My Videos, it says No Items - Purchased movies will appear here.
If I search for one of the redeemed Movies in the 'Videos Unlimited' store, it says 'You have purchase this before' but the download button is greyed out.
So, how do I download / watch these movies on my Z1 Compact? Can anyone please answer this?

I did contact them over a week ago - had an initial reply with a useless suggestion telling me to login to my account from the apps - something I clearly detailed doing so in my original query.
Not had a reply since - total waste of time and space.
Just had another reply from the sonymobile support team....what a joke....
The latest reply advised me to create an account on the Sony Entertaintment Network from a PC first before I can access the free movies on my phone!!! Even though I told them in the first email that I already have a SEN account and I am logged into SEN on the phone and the phone is registered a mobile device on the SEN website. How on earth do they think I redeemed the free movies in the first place? You need a SEN account to use the free movie voucher code!!
Still no advise on how to then view / access those movies from my phone. LOL.
I can see why Sony is struggling as a company - if they have muppets like these working for them throughout the organization.
