Xperia L & White Smart Tag Issue

Hi

I have set up the other smart tags fine, but for the white one I get this message "In order for event to work, you need to select at least one condition and one action". This happens even when I remove the default YouTube link and set it to open the YouTube app and then end by returning to the home screen. How do I fix this?

C2105 (4.1.2) with NT3 smart tags.

That solved the problem for me.  Seems you're also right about Sony not responding to issues on here - heard nothing back from their Support 'team'.

For your info (and others trying to fix this problem), this solution worked fine, except when I changed the name of the Event from SONY to my own name (e.g. WiFi Hotspot), the phone got stuck and I had to reboot it.  After reboot, sure enough, the fix had done its job and the Event Name 'SONY' was replaced by 'WiFi Hotspot' and the unwanted YouTube advertisement for Smart Tags was also gone.

If anybody from Sony (so-called) support is reading this Forum, how about acknowledging the bug and providing a factory fix?
