Xperia L problem

Hi

I bought Xperia L last week and I have some problem:

1) when my screen is off the battery charge get low so fast..my wi-fi and data and also background program is off..for example I lose 10% in 20 minute completly screen off

2)there is no different between stamina mode and normal..both show same time..first it was 3day and 14h..but now both show 1day and 7h
