xperia l problem

i got xperia l one week ago .the mobile came with 4.2.2 that surbrised me . it should come with 4.1.2

what does it mean ????? is it used before i got it or what ???

Depends on the shipping date to the store - If it was shipped before the 4.2.2 update then it would of came out the box with just that - If it shipped after the 4.2.2 update well you know the rest

its warranty will start 25/4/2014 so it is sure come after 4.2.2 but when i test its im number it came 4.2.2
