Xperia L Internal Memory Problem

How to get rid of "Your internal storage is 75% full or 95% full". Kindly suggest me. It is very annoying.

You can't do so, unless you free up some of your internal storage

Settings-apps-all-check for what you want,uninstall/disable.

Moving all your photos to external memory and deleting DCIM folder help you a lot. I did it and I got nearly 3 GB free memory. Hope it works for you too. . .
