Xperia J touch screen problem

Hi friends I am using Xperia J   purchased on June 1st week 2013.My phone touch screen is not wroking when text message is comming.Do you have  any solutions for this problem?

I believe  this is  related to software problem,I request Sony developing team to solve this problem.

Kindly send me the updated software for this problem.

To rule out any software problems I recommend that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:
