Xperia J Restarts Itself Automatically

Hi! I'm having problem with my xperia J. My phone restarts itself automatically after 20 -30 mins. Even the phone is in use or not, it restarts itself fro some reason. Please help me! Thanks!

As a first step to fixing this, have you tried a software update/repair:

To repair the phone software
1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support
2.     Turn on the phone, and connect it to the PC using a USB cable.
3.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.
4.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.
5.     Click repair phone.
6.     Follow the on-screen instructions.

I have done this step of repairing...but still the phone restarts randomly....

I have the same problem...My phone restarts once a day though.

even my phone is faceing the same issue.. aditional to the low headphone volume after JB

i've tried SUS, PC Companion and also given it to the service center.. the prob is stil there which means the issue is because of software.. JB is useless on xperia J unless it is rectified..

It COULD be auto updates. Reason being, the last few times my handset done it, there were updates available shortly after it had rebooted during a call. Try looking for any options to disable auto updates. I done my best to try to disable them and just have the handset alert me of when there are updates available, but I think there has to be a background update lurking somewhere.

It's not the updates, the phone searches for updates every time it switches back on.

My phone has the same problem except it resets itself every 90 seconds. What a piece of sh1t

I downloaded facebook update... and my xperia j shuts down automatically! cant update cant reset and cant delete facebook updates becouse phone freezes and shut downs !
