Xperia J Problem Turning off automatically for continiously

Hi I am having Xperia J,

Today it automatically started turning OFF and Turning ON continiously. ITs really causing Inconvenience for me.. Even If I connect to the PC its not getting Connected.

Could you please help how to go about it. Atlease to take my old data It has to work..

Have you tried to remove/insert the battery? Then charge for a couple of hours?
