This is my second Xperia J and same problem with it not powering back on after leaving for few hours. When left to go into sleep mode the J will not power up again. Plugging in the charger has no effect. No lights appear when charger connected - other than blue flashing notification light. When remove the battery and reinsert it works again but after a while the same scenario occurs again and have to remove battery and reinsert. Seems very odd to have happened with both new Xperia Js. Anyone else experience this and any permanent solutions other than junking the J which is very tempting?
Thanks for reply and sorry for not thanking sooner but been out of actoin for last few weeks. Xperia J went through the repair routine and still got the same problem. I have just updated with latest software update so I'm hoping this might solve issue with J but haven't got my hopes up. Real shame as looks a fine phone but this is a real nuisance.
same problem with my xperia j...after updating to JB power on problem occured...i refer it to a technician but no solution avail...he diagnoos it a software glitch problem. he try to update it again using the computer but still doesnt solve the problem...
