Xperia J - camera problem

Hello,

When i try to use the camera of my phone, that is not possible.

I press the camera button and on the display appears the  following message appears: " Sorry the camera stopped".

What can i do to resolve this problem?

when am trying to open messages on social networks it says " server error" try again ..wat can,I do
