Xperia J - camera problem

Hello,

When i try to use the camera of my phone, that is not possible.

I press the camera button and on the display appears the  following message appears: " Sorry the camera stopped".

What can i do to resolve this problem?

Settings > apps > all > camera > clear everything > restart your phone

I bought this phone just 2 days ago and could never access the camera...

Try a different SD card and also try a factory reset

Yesterday I bought a new card:smileysad:

My operator gives me 4 days to return the equipment, that´s what i´m gonna do. They are responsible for what they sell.
