Xperia J battery problems

hi,

my phone battery will not charge over 78%!! I tried empying it and recharge it and it still dose not go over 78%!!

Android Ver: 4.1.2.

I have a lot of problems with this phone (turning off by itself, ...) but the battery problem is the most annoying!!!

  You can try reinstalling the update again, this might fix the problem , there might be software glitch try this, even after doing it , it didn't fixed then carry your phone to Sony Center

Try the basic, reinstall the latest firmware if that doesn't work then stop by a Sony repair center

I bought the phone last year in may and it was 3 times in the shop for repair's. Firs it was always turning off, then the ear speaker failed x2 and now this....

they always say "they reinstalled the sofware and changed some protocols".

If I do it, will i loose my guarantee?

UPDATE:

phone was at the shop, 2 weeks after is was turning off and on, and 3 days ago it turned of and will not start!

To THE SHop AGAIN, still waiting........

model J is very bad phone..... never again!
