Xperia ion Jelly Bean Update

I wanted to ask when are the Xperia ion users getting Jelly Bean update?

Sony is very lazy in providing updates... All other brands have Jelly Bean 4.2 in place and Xperia users are struggling to get Jelly Bean 4.1 update

You pay 35K for a phone and don't even get an OS update for it. Complete waste!!

Well I agree with you on the Battery Saver, sometimes the auto one doesn't turn on, in fact the new battery management feature of jelly Bean is the main thing I'm looking forward to. But hey a possible brightside to getting the update later is Sony has time to see the responses to the first batch of their Jelly bean release, so hopefully they fix what they did wrong before giving it to us.

Its April 19th...can anyone from SONY post a confirm date for 4.1.2 update...? Like most of here, I too had bought ION assuming it will get the update very soon! But it didn't...sad!

well sony why you make devices for which you cant give aftersales support like updating?

at least give an date n year when our devices get updated to jb?

second version of jb update has released according to my knowlegde n you dont even has released update to first version of jb.

i was going to buy Xperia Z to gift someone but instead i brought samsung galaxy s3 and when i checked for update it got latest jb 4.1.2 update n u cant release jb 4.1.1

now i m persuaing my friend to go for any other company like samsung n htc so that they can get good aftersales response
