hey guys im using a xperia ion for the past two months , wen i updated to the new frimware 6.1.e.3.7 ,i could able to see the camera becomes worst than vga resolution and blurr , how can i fix this ??? or wen jelly bean arrives it will be fixed automatically

If you zoom to the extreme it will show you blurr images.

for best result use camera for outdoors rather than indoors. I know its weird

Jelly bean may arriave by the end of April.

but im not using in it fully zoomed ,jus it is displaying like a cloudy .....

Clean the lens gently, change the scene to normal by tapping on left top square, after that go to settings the left button 1 then go to white balance keep it auto.

I think you need to check with the Sony Support team thats the only solution try reseting to factory layout if problem persist then problem seems to be hardware related. Hope for the best

Sounds like there may be something wrong with your camera but first try clearing data for the camera app under Settings -> Apps -> All and see if that helps. If that doesn't help, try repairing the phones software using PC Companion or Update Service.

If the problem remains, i recommend that you contact your local Sony Xperia support (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/) or a service location to have your phone checked.

I too have Xperia ion and my camera has become blurry without updating.. SONY please fix this issue coz for me camera is really important..

I don't know whether it is okay to put here or not.

My ION has a diffrent issue in capturing photos. It is sometimes okay in daylight, but most of the time, it has visible grains in 100%.... leave aside any photos captured in low light or night. I miss my NEO V.
