Xperia headset detecting problem

My Xperia U suddenly met with a problem which says "Headset connected" even it's without connected. I searched in forums and found that this is not only met with Xperia u, but also with other xperia devices. Threfore i have to use headphones every freaking time i want to get a call! Did everything you can name without routing and adding a custom rom to it. now what you suggest me to do?

Try to connect a headset to the phone and then disconnect it while you are playing music from the Walkman player. Then restart your phone and try without headset. 

If you still experience problem you can try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:
